Send pages to other own devices
One of the options that Firefox already had and that many users demanded is to be able to send pages to yourself.
There are several users who have several mobile phones, either for work or for any other reason. And it is especially useful to be able to send pages directly to your other devices automatically, without having to go through external applications or extensions.
But not only mobile phones, you can also send it to your computer if you are using both and want to have the same information on both sites.
To do this you will only have to press the share button (in the menu that is displayed by pressing the button with the three dots in the upper right part of the screen) and choosing Send to your devices. There will appear other devices where you have Chrome installed. You send it in which you want to consult the page.
If you send it to a computer, for example, a notification will appear and the tab will open in Chrome automatically when you click on it.
Contact selector
Until now you couldn't send contacts through Chrome. Now you can do it, thanks to the new API. You can also choose what is shared and what is not shared with the web, to ensure the privacy of the contact.
New download page
The download page has been modified so that you can organize by file type and with a more comprehensive and compact design. It is like the one that was incorporated in Chrome 69, and later, for unknown reasons, they retired.
Enhanced Forced Dark Mode
As many of you know there is a forced dark mode for all the pages that do not have this mode, so that you can navigate in full dark mode.
This dark mode of Chrome what it does is invert the color of the web page. With the problem that it also inverted the color of the images. Now just invert the page color so the images stay the same and you can browse any page in dark mode.
Enter key change
This is a curious novelty, it does not change its functionality, but it is an aesthetic change that is appreciated. Now the Enter key will change depending on the text box it is. That is, if it is the last text box of a form, it will appear in the submit button, if it is the first one, the one to go to the next one, but if it is one in the middle, a button will appear as to enter. It will change depending on the context.
Changes in Lite Mode
And finally we have changes in the Lite mode. This mode is intended for save web data in Chrome. To do so they created the lazy loading. A mode where it only loads what we are seeing on the screen. And images, videos will not load until they are seen on the screen while we navigate.
Starting with Chrome 77, this Lazy loading will be activated automatically for videos, images and even ads automatically if Lite mode is active. Until now it could not be done if the page did not update its code, but now it will be available automatically.
