How safe does this give me?
WhatsApp is linked to a phone number, while Facebook is linked to an email. So more than one may come to mind the issue of security (a subject for which Facebook has already had a problem than another).
The people of Facebook have ensured that it is not necessary to link the WhatsApp ID with that of Facebook, they will simply use the Android API (or iOS in case of using this option from an iPhone) to share content.
