One of the latest news from A was to launch an API so that watchfaces could be created for watches and that they would run natively on the smartwatch itself. However, the new version of Android Wear could allow these catch-faces to be interactive. Next we have a function of these interactive watchfaces. By pressing several times on the screen, it changes color. It could also be about knowing the steps we take. By clicking on the steps, we will also see the time we have been walking, and by pressing again, we will see the time as normal.
Communication between clocks
But in addition to this, the new Android Wear could also include an option that allows us to communicate through our watches, dispensing, in some way, with the mobile, even if it is the latter that provides the network to the watch. We know everything because the code that would arrive in the new version of the operating system has appeared, in which you can clearly see the sending of messages, either by drawing or with emojis, among users.
This is especially useful now that smart watches with Android Wear, at least most of them, are autonomous, at least in part, by being able to connect to WiFi networks, which would allow us, for example, to communicate with other users who have a smart watch, without the need to have a mobile phone connected.
