A future Xperia of the mid-range can be seen in a benchmark test

The year is ending. We are in November, without realizing it we have consumed another 12 months in which a lot of things have happened. The life of a human being changes a lot in a single year, being able to go from the most absolute happiness to the deepest sadness in a matter of months. However, the world of telephony is always the same. As we approach the end of the cycle, rumors and data about future devices begin to appear. This is the case of the new Sony Xperia C360X which would come to swell the mid-range in 2013.

With this, there are already seven mobile devices that Sony would present next year and of which we have some data. The most remarkable thing in this case is that it would carry the components of the current high-end Xperia. It is something typical in any device manufacturer company, that the mid-range corresponds to the high-end of the previous season.

We say this because, among other things, the benchmark test performed on this device, the Sony Xperia C360X (C3602), has revealed that it will have a Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 dual-core processor, with a clock frequency of 1,5 GHz, and an Adreno 225 graphics processor. Its screen would be high definition 720p, and, although its size does not appear , it is known precisely what its resolution would be, 1280 by 720 pixels, with the virtualized control buttons on the screen, which makes us think that Sony is forgetting the physical buttons, something that gains strength with the filtered images of the Xperia Yuga that we showed you the other day, where this component is removed.

The test that was carried out was a NenaMark2, in which it obtained a score of 60,1 FPS, and it did so on Android 4.0.4 Ice Cream Sandwich. However, it is most likely that it came to market with Android Jelly Bean, and that this version is being used for development purposes only.
