A message on Twitter from HTC confirms that there will be a new Android in the Google I / O

Possible Android names with L

Yesterday already you we announced what will there be a new Android on the Google I / O which is celebrated today. And this is confirmed by a message that the HTC company has put on its Twitter profile - specifically the one it uses in the US, which is normal since that is where the event is held.

The fact is that the name of the new version will change, which will start with "L" (even some possible images interface have been leaked). Of course, it is unknown which one will be finally chosen by the Mountain View company and, a nice image in the aforementioned message allows us to know what are the possibilities that Google has when choosing what the next version of its oriented operating system will be called mobile devices:

The truth is that the confirmation in the Twitter message is resounding and clarifying, since they do not ask in HTC if there will be a new Android in the Google I / O, but they give it as a reality and simply generate doubt about the name that it could have. This only reaffirms that this company would be very involved in the new development and, possibly, is the one chosen to manufacture some of the new devices that would arrive with the new version of the operating system, such as the future Google tablet (Nexus 9).

Everything seems to indicate that with the new version of Android there will be a clear movement to bring this closer to other developments of Google itself, such as Chrome OS, in order to create an important ecosystem. Aparate, a renewed interface and the choice of ART virtual machine instead of Dalvik they would also be from the party.

The fact is that it seems quite clear that today we will have news about the arrival of a new Android in the Google I / O, that everything points to would come from the hand of development oriented to smartwatches. This afternoon it will be possible to begin to get rid of doubts about it, although knowing the North American company the news is "releasing" little by little and not in one go.
