The web allows us to see if problems with the social network have been reported recently and also a map of those areas in which these problems are reported with it.

Restart the app
It may be a momentary error in Instagram and if we restart the app everything will be solved, allowing the feed in the app to be updated normally. Therefore, we can restart the app. This is something I know done by closing the app completely from the recent apps menu, which we access by pressing one of the buttons at the bottom of the screen. Android problems can have many origins, such as having been started in one of the phone's processes or in that particular application, in this case Instagram. At this time we can make the decision to restart the phone, since doing this puts an end to said processes of the device, also the one where the error has occurred. This is something that usually works very well.
We hold down the button to turn off the phone for a few seconds, until a menu with several options appears on the screen. One of them is to restart, on which we are going to press. Then we wait for our phone to restart and then we enter the unlock PIN. Once it has restarted, we open Instagram on the device. Update Instagram

We go to the Google Play Store and look if there is an update available. This is possible from the manage apps section in the settings, but also if we search for Instagram in the store and enter its profile, we will see if an Update button appears on the screen. We then update the app so that the most recent version available is installed on our device. When it has been updated, we try to open the app again and we will try to update the news then. It is possible that this works fine and that we can use the social network normally again, because that feed is updated.
On the other hand, another reason why we are having this problem with Instagram is that the new version that we have installed of the app is causing problems in its operation. If this bug started right after we upgraded to a new version, this could be the cause. Uninstall Instagram
