The Motorola Moto G 2015 is considered the king of the mid-range. However, the truth is that this year there are many other smartphones of a similar level, and whose quality / price ratio could be even better. One of those cases could be the bq Aquaris X5, a mobile from here in Spain, which could be the true king of the mid-range.
bq Aquaris X5
The bq Aquaris X5 is a smartphone very similar to the Motorola Moto G 2015, although with a much better design, in my opinion, as well as some technical characteristics of a higher level. This is the case of the processor, for example. The Motorola Moto G 2015 has a Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 processor, but the bq Aquaris X5 already has the new Qualcomm Snapdragon 412 processor, logically an improved processor. It also has a RAM of 2 GB, as well as an internal memory of 16 GB. As far as memory is concerned, it is the same as the Motorola Moto G 2015 in its most advanced version, and also the most expensive. Its screen is 5 inches, with an HD resolution of 1.280 x 720 pixels, the same as the Motorola Moto G 2015, so they are remarkably similar mobiles. And they even have a similar camera, 13 megapixels. The bq Aquaris X5, in addition, with a metal frame, has a design that in my opinion is better than that of Motorola's mid-range smartphone.
Finally, the price of the bq Aquaris X5 and the Motorola Moto G 2015 is very similar, of about 230 euros in the case of the first, and about 225 euros in the case of the second, in its version with 2 GB RAM and 16 GB internal memory. Thus, the bq Aquaris X5 could be even a better smartphone than the Motorola Moto G 2015, a great mid-range smartphone, which is also designed here in Spain.
