Block unwanted contacts
This is useful if you don't want a person to send us messages for whatever reason. In addition, it will not be able to see our photo or data such as the activity that you carry in relation to the connection. To do this, something that is reversible, you must enter the Account section of the Settings and choose the Privacy option. Now look for the option Blocking and click on it. The last thing is to press the icon that has the logo of a person with the symbol "+" and make the appropriate selection.
Turn off image download
By default those received in the application are downloaded automatically, but this may not be the best option due to the cost of data or the space that the file occupies in memory. In this way, you can establish parameters with which to achieve total control of this. To do so, go to the section Use of data Settings.
Now select Automatic download and establishes the parameters for the different possibilities, such as connected by data or by the WiFi network.
Highlight messages from chats
It is possible that some message you receive on WhatsApp you want to include in the highlights to be able to access it quickly and without having to search for it precisely. This is easy to achieve using the stars, which are applied by clicking on the message in question and selecting the icon in the form indicated above.

Change your phone number on WhatsApp

How to delete chats
This is very simple and allows you to delete some conversations that are no longer necessary or want to be removed from WhatsApp. The process is very simple, since you simply have to press the chosen one continuously - it is then possible to choose more conversations - and you simply have to press the icon at the top with trash can shape.
