HTC One Max, first details revealed of this new phablet

HTC will update the HTC One Mini and HTC One Max to Android KitKat in February.

The truth is that this is not the first time we talked about HTC One Max. Perhaps you have known it by the name of HTC One Prime, but according to the latest rumors, both terminals are the same model. Well, everything indicates that the phablet of the Asian company would arrive with a Snapdragon chipset 805, one of the most powerful that we can find today.

The HTC One Max (would be known as HTC One M8 Max, not to be confused with the current terminal) would be especially powerful according to the latest rumors that have appeared on the network. The processing capacity of this model would increase incredibly since it would go from a Snapdragon 600 to an 805, which can reach speeds of up to 2,3 GHz, so that it would match and even surpass (depending on the software and the rest of the hardware) the current flagships of its main competitors, such as the Samsung Galaxy S5 or the LG G3.

Moreover, this phablet is expected to hit the market with a 5,5-inch minimum screen, but it could be even bigger, so that it could compete with terminals like the Samsung Galaxy Note 4 that will be presented in a few weeks. Also, if the rumors about his metal body and its premium design, It would be a great option to take ground from the hitherto unsurpassed Samsung phablet.
