There is interesting news about the ZUK Z1 device, the only model of this brand of product sponsored by the Lenovo company. The fact is that this terminal for the moment was only available in China and it was believed that this would be the case definitively. But nothing is further from the truth, since it has just been known that the device will make the international leap and will do so with a "surprise" in regard to its operating system.
First of all, it must be said that ZUK comes to the market with the intention of gaining a niche in the mobility market and, also, in the specific Internet of Things (IoT). Of course, because it has a short life, at the moment the only product that it has announced is the aforementioned ZUK Z1.
And what does ZUK Z1 offer? Well, this is a terminal with a 5,5-inch screen with Full HD quality that has a processor inside Snapdragon 801 and 3 GB of RAM. In addition, other interesting details of this model are that it includes a 4.100 mAh battery; 13 megapixel main camera; 64 GB of storage; fingerprint reader; and, as an eye-catching element, it integrates a USB type C connection. Not bad at all, right?
International deployment
The fact is that having the characteristics and the confirmation of its international launch make the ZUK Z1 news. But, in addition, as we have indicated there are news regarding its operating system with which it will arrive outside the borders of China. The choice is Cyanogen OS 12.1, which is based on Android Lollipop, so it is not the same used in the aforementioned Asian country.
This can make a good number of users pay attention to ZUK Z1, since the developments of the company that began working on custom ROMs based on Android is very much to the taste of many -in search of something different and that it is capable of getting the most out of the phone or tablet in question. The case is that continuity is given to what was done at the time by OnePlus when using Cyanogen OS, and we'll see if the same path is taken later.
