However, the truth is that there is another mobile that you should take into account if you are interested in the Xiaomi Mi 5, and it is the Meizu MX6, which will try to directly rival the Meizu flagship.
Meizu MX6, rival of the Xiaomi Mi 5?
The Meizu MX6 will be a smartphone of the highest level, although until the final technical characteristics that it will have are specified, we cannot confirm if it will be a mobile that can really compete with the Xiaomi Mi 5. There will be a key difference between these two phones , the processor. While one, that of Xiaomi, will have the new generation and high-level Qualcomm Snapdragon 820, the Meizu MX6 will have the MediaTek Helio X20, which stands out for being 10 cores and is of a high level, but in the end accounts does not seem to be a better processor than Qualcomm. Even so, its RAM memory will be 4 GB, being, therefore, a mobile with a performance that will probably be at the level of the best mobile phones on the market.
Great battery and inexpensive price

The Meizu MX6's battery will also be 4.000 mAh, so it can be expected that the autonomy of the mobile is of a high level. Even so, with a 5,5-inch screen, the battery consumption will be so high, that it would be strange if the smartphone could have an autonomy that significantly exceeded two days.
It will be remarkable the fact that its price will be cheaper than that of the Xiaomi Mi 5, although it seems that not much. The difference could be as low as 20 euros, compared to the most basic version of Xiaomi's flagship. That means that the mobile could cost as little as 245 euros, a very cheap price for a smartphone that will be high-end.
However, it seems that it will not be the best Meizu mobile this year either. Last year it introduced the new Meizu PROs, and it seems that its flagships will continue to be the PROs. This year the Meizu PRO 5 Mini will be launched, and probably the Meizu PRO 6 already in the second half of the year.
