Nexus 7 8GB is no longer available, is it retired?

This is great news, because it is most likely no coincidence. We talk about Nexus 7, and specifically its 8 GB version, which has disappeared from the Google Play Store. If you were waiting a few days to buy it, you will no longer be able to do so, since it has disappeared and, at least for the moment, it will not be available. Good news, yes, it seems to bring this fact. There are many possibilities, but some are very interesting for those of you who are thinking of getting one of them. They would even suppose an answer to the iPad Mini.

The tablet not available, and everything could indicate that it is going to disappear permanently from the market. It is very clear that Google will launch this Monday, October 29, its new devices. Among all of them, one of the most talked about is the Nexus 7 with 32 GB memory. The 8 GB version has been very useful to sell many tablets at a very reasonable price, but users have demanded more capacity. For all this, the 32 GB version will be well received in the market. Now, at what price? Well that is the most remarkable thing, that everything pointed to the 32 GB version reaching the Google Play Store at the same price as the 16 GB version.

Some hypotheses suggested that this last device would disappear. However, it didn't make sense as the price difference between the 8GB version and the 32GB version would be too small considering the difference in capacity. A second option placed the Nexus 7 16 GB at the same price as the current 8 GB, 200 euros, while the 32 GB was going to 250 euros, and the 8 GB version was below these figures. However, it seems that finally the 8 GB version will not have a place on the market, and will be withdrawn. The good news is that you can now get the 16GB version for the same price. An even better offer, and that is a blow to the iPad Mini, which will be even more expensive compared to the Google tablet.
