The smartphone can be an ally in this war with the help of the right applications. One of them is, for example, Pollen Control. It is an application that allows you to monitor pollen levels in a certain area and avoid an unexpected allergy attack, thus leading to necessary medication. In addition, the application allows make reports, take a history and even send it to the doctor.
To start fighting pollen from your mobile phone, the application will ask you for personal information about yourself and your allergies. Once the report is completed, each day, Pollen Control will ask you three questions: "How are you feeling?" Have you taken any medication today? " and "What symptoms do you have?" This way you will be able to know how you are each day and make a report of your evolution that, later, will be converted into a personalized history.

Not only will you be able to see how you improve or how you feel each day regarding your allergy, but you will also be able to avoid places that make you feel worse, since Pollen Control has predictions of the Aerobiology Committee of the Spanish Society of Allergy and Clinical Immunology. This will allow you to check the pollen levels in a certain place, in case you want to change the plan on Sunday to avoid a spring allergy attack.
The app has been updated last March and, as explained in its description on Google Play, its latest version has a total of 22 pollens different detected among which are, for example, grasses, palm trees or Urticaceae, among others.
