You can download the ROM from this link and, to proceed with the installation, you must have the Odin program, which you can get here, and follow the following steps:
- Unzip the downloaded file with the ROM
- Run Odin
- Restart the phone in Download mode (press at the same time and hold Home + Power + Volume down)
- Connect the phone to the computer and wait for the yellow box to appear in Odin
- Add N7100XXDLJ2.tar.md5 in the PDA section
- The Re-Partition option must not be checked
- Start the process by clicking on Start
