OneUI is not only a thing of the most modern Samsung smartphones like the Samsung Galaxy S10, but also of smartwatches. And each time, in more of them, we will see it. And the smartwatch market is not dead.
It has been months since the Samsung Gear S3, a smartwatch with a few years behind it since it was launched in 2016, updated to Tizen 4.0. But this update did not bring with it an interface like the one in OneUI that we have on our Samsung smartphones.
It seems that Samsung wants a more homogeneous system, and your smart watches are getting that new interface too how much users are liking (and us too to be honest).

The latest smartwatch from Samsung, the Watch Active has a lot of new features compared to its previous smartwatches that are most interesting, and now it seems that its watches with more time on the market like the Galaxy Watch, Gear S3 or Gear Sport are receiving these news from the manufacturer.
The update is coming via OTA and weighs about 115MB, quite light for all the news it includes, and lighter than the one we already had to update to Tizen 4.o.
This update that is already reaching the wrist devices of thousands of users comes with a new design (as we have said, it will adapt to the OneUI interface) that will allow to have a faster access to information to be able to see it at a glance, new designs for the clock, renewed menus for easier access to them, improvements in the quick access panel, etc.
Of course it also brings different functionality improvements such as battery optimization (something that is always appreciated) and perhaps most importantly, a renewed Health app with much more information and more detailed than what we had so far.
The truth is that it is very good news that the Korean firm is supporting smartwatches with three years of life, since we already know that phones usually have about two years (or three at most) of official support, at least at the level of major updates, since there are brands that extend the security patches more or some like Xiaomi that do update the personalization layer.
Now is perhaps a good time to buy one of these smart watches that have a very attractive price knowing that they have these novelties and that, for example, the Galaxy Watch, only has a year on the market.
