Information that has been known from the website of the operator O2 would confirm something that, more or less, is already known: Samsung Galaxy S5 would be presented at the Mobile World Congress. Additionally, according to these same data, the device would be put on sale or in reserve before the end of February.
Thus, it seems that the "mass" manufacture of the Samsung Galaxy S5 had already begun and, therefore, different companies and operators would already have their reservations made. Of course, it seems quite clear that in the event Unpacked 5 that has already been announced by the Korean manufacturer will be its new reference terminal, which is expected to include improvements in both the processor and the screen (even the TouchWiz user interface would be renewed).
On the specific page of O2, which can be accessed at this link, which is the first operator to release specific information on the new model, the Samsung Galaxy S5 is not expressly mentioned, but the reference “Anticipation High 5” seems quite clear and, therefore, to think that in the aforementioned event the new phone will be the starting point is not at all far-fetched. By the way, there is also the option of registering for a service that informs about the news that may arise regarding the final availability of the device.
A most interesting detail, as you can see in the image that we leave below, is that in the design of the page there is a clear reference to water, which could mean that the Samsung Galaxy S5 would be resistant to this (and by extension to dust), thus confirming what had been leaked in some media and putting itself on the same level as Sony's high-end devices, such as for example the Xperia Z1.
In short, everything seems to indicate that the new model of the Korean company to "fight" in the high-end product range will be presented at the Mobile World Congress (specifically on the 24th).
