It seems increasingly clear that the HTC One Max it is a reality and, therefore, that the Taiwanese company will be launched into the phablet market. A good quality image has just been published showing what could be its design of this model and, therefore, what should be expected of it in this section.
The source is @ EvleaksTherefore, due to its history, it has to be given some credibility. In the Google+ message in which the photograph has been leaked, it is indicated that this “render” would correspond to an intermediate phase of development, so the final product could vary a bit. Be that as it may, what seems quite clear is that its resemblance to the HTC One is evident.
As has been seen, the case seems to be the same or very similar to that of the One, so it is not unreasonable to think that the aluminum will be the chosen material. Of course, the side seems to be much whiter, so it is possible that the HTC One Max here has a plastic finish - which would make it look more like the One Mini - and which, obviously, would reduce the manufacturing cost. By the way, the position of the flash next to the rear camera is different and is located under it.
What to expect from the HTC One Max
Known at first as T6, this model may be launched imminently, so it should not be ruled out IFA fair. In this way, competing with the Samsung Galaxy Note 3, even on the launch dates, would be one of its objectives.
Regarding the possible specifications, those that could be from the game (and, obviously, have not been confirmed), are a Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 quad-core processor, 2 GB of RAM, screen of 5,9 inches with Full HD quality, 16 GB of storage and a 3.300 mAh battery. In addition, it could be the first terminal of this manufacturer with the Android 4.3 version.
We will have to wait until the HTC One Max is really put into the "game", but the design that can be seen in the leaked image does not seem far-fetched, since it maintains that of this product range. Besides, the bet on the phablet range from the Taiwanese manufacturer is quite serious when it comes to hardware, so it will compete face to face with any model on the market.
