The Xiaomi Mi Band 2 is already in the project

Xiaomi Mi Band 2 Cover

We are probably talking about the cheapest smart bracelet on the market, the one made by Xiaomi. Its price does not exceed 15 euros, and that is why it has become the best option for those who do not want to spend 100 euros on one of these smart bracelets. Well, the new version of the bracelet is already in the pipeline, the Xiaomi Mi Band 2, and as a novelty, it would also be compatible with iOS.

In fact, all the information about this possible new smart bracelet actually comes from a photograph in which you can see an iPhone 6, from the new generation of Apple smartphones, running the Xiaomi Mi Band application. Given that the first generation, and the only one on the market, of this smart bracelet, is not compatible with any other smartphone other than Android (and not even with all Android phones), this leads us to think that the company could have the new Xiaomi Mi Band 2 already in the project, or at least, a version of this bracelet, with the aforementioned name or with the same one with which it was already launched, but with new features, including compatibility with the Apple smartphones.

Xiaomi Mi Band 2

That being said, we can't expect a lot of news in the Xiaomi Mi Band 2, if it finally becomes a reality. The company has already shown that their goal is to launch affordable products, with fair and realistic prices, and not with the simple goal of making money. That is why we find smart bracelets that exceed 100 euros, and that do nothing more than the Xiaomi Mi Band, whose price does not officially exceed 15 euros.

Be that as it may, we do hope that the company will launch the official application of the Xiaomi Mi Band 2 for all Android and in more languages, so that any user who has an Android smartphone can install the application and use the bracelet without having a Xiaomi smartphone. So far, the biggest problem in buying the Xiaomi Mi Band, in addition to having to buy it from an international distributor, and having to pay about 25 euros in total, was the fact that the applications compatible with said bracelet were not clear. . we hope that Xiaomi decides soon to arrive in Europe, and that's when you start to launch your products already fully optimized for the European market.
