No basic range, but mid-range?
The OnePlus X will be the second mobile that OnePlus will launch this year. It must be said that the OnePlus 2 has not been the great smartphone of the year. At least, it has not been a phone on the same level as the OnePlus One. However, this year the company will launch two smartphones. The second will not be high-end. So far, what had been said is that the mobile would be more basic, and that the most remarkable thing would be its design, and not its technical characteristics. However, now that the possible technical characteristics have been published, the truth is that we can confirm that, if indeed these are its definitive characteristics, it will not be a basic range mobile, but it is even difficult to say that it will be a mobile of mid-range.
In fact, it will have a 5-inch screen with a Full HD resolution of 1.920 x 1.080 pixels. It is true that it will not be a Quad HD screen, but even so it is not a screen typical of a mid-range mobile whose objective is to be as economical as possible. But what stands out the most is its processor, the MediaTek Helio X10, an eight-core processor that is more typical of a high-end mobile. But to this we still have to add a 2 GB RAM, perhaps a technical characteristic that is more typical of the mid-range. Its internal memory will be 32 GB, with a 13 megapixel main camera and a 5 megapixel camera. With a 3.000 mAh battery and Android 6.0 Marshmallow, it will be a great rival to the Motorola Moto G 2015. In fact, it will be noticeably better than this smartphone, with better features in almost every aspect of the mobile. Its price will be key, although it will be typical of the mid-range. We will finally see how much it costs, but it could be the great smartphone of the year due to its quality / price ratio, even though it is not a high-end mobile.
