Xiaomi would launch its smartphone for only 65 euros at the end of this month

What is the cheapest Android smartphone you can buy that works well? Motorola set that figure at 180 euros with the Moto G. Then the Moto E arrived at 120 euros. Xiaomi It has also managed to bring that figure closer to 100 euros. Now, it seems a new smartphone from this company could come to stay at 65 euros.

An ultra-affordable smartphone

Not too long ago we talked about the company could launch a new smartphone on the market that would stand out for having a very low price, a very cheap smartphone, whose price, it was said, would be 499 yuan, which at the current exchange rate is about 80 dollars. However, the new data affirms two things. On the one hand, that the smartphone will be launched at the end of this month. On the other hand, that said smartphone would have a price of 399 yuan, which leaves said price at 65 dollars, and even less in its change to euros. However, with the typical surcharge that comes from not being an official sale in our country, it would not be unusual for the smartphone to go up to 65 euros, or even a little more.

What level will it be?

It is not necessary to confirm that said smartphone will be very basic. But, up to what level? Although the company has not even confirmed the existence of such an inexpensive new smartphone, there has been a Xiaomi smartphone that has received certification and that has not yet been presented. This stands out for having a Leadcore processor. These processors are especially inexpensive, and if we add to that that the price of the company's smartphones is already usually low, it seems logical that this is the new, even cheaper smartphone that they are going to launch. What do we know about it? The certification data speak of a smartphone with a 4,7-inch screen and high definition, with a resolution of 1.280 x 720 pixels. In turn, the RAM will be 1 GB and the internal memory 8 GB. Within what is an entry-level smartphone, it seems that it will work well. The processor would be a quad-core Leadcore capable of reaching a clock frequency of 1,6 GHz. Obviously, the Xiaomi will arrive with MIUI based on Android 4.4.4 KitKat. Finally, the main camera would be 8 megapixels, while the front camera would be 2 megapixels, although we cannot expect these to be of a very high level with such a cheap price.

In any case, the new smartphone should arrive by the end of the month. Its target will be the emerging markets, but surely if it reaches Spain it will become one of the cheapest options for those looking for a cheap smartphone that works well.

Uffff the perfect gift, just one snag that does not come with the latest Android version 5.0.2 and it would already be the final guaranteed success.
