One of them is to buy it through the international distributors who will sell you the smartphone with the guarantee of the store itself. Of course, many users may not trust this type of purchase, especially if they do not know English, as they cannot easily communicate with the seller. However, a good option when buying a Chinese mobile is to buy it on Amazon.
You don't really buy it from Amazon
Some Chinese mobiles are sold by Amazon directly. But others do not. Those that Amazon sells directly say so, when talking about a product shipped or fulfilled by Amazon. The Premium logo also usually appears, as shipping is free for these users. It could almost seem like advertising, because after all we are talking about a feature that is actually from Amazon. But the truth is that it is something to take into account. When we buy a Chinese mobile from an external seller to Amazon, but who sells through Amazon, we actually have the guarantee from A to Z. That is, the product that we have paid for must arrive to us exactly as we have bought it and on time. If not, Amazon will fix the problem. In some way, we have a guarantee that the mobile will arrive and that it will work well. And that if not, Amazon will solve it. It will not be as fast as buying a mobile that Amazon sells directly, but it may be a better option than buying the mobile through an international distributor, since we can easily claim in Spanish. The prices of Chinese mobile phones that are not sold directly by Amazon but are sold through Amazon are somewhat higher than the prices of mobile phones sold through international distributors, but in some cases the difference is not so noticeable, and the advantages yes they are to take into account.
All sales by Amazon by external entities sound a lot like a Chinese tale. I have already had problems with some of these entities and Amazon takes responsibility saying that you have to contact the external seller. This takes time to answer, like all Chinese, if they do it in Spanish, almost always with bad translations and for them to solve something you have to set up. Guarantee??????? No matter how much you buy on Amazon, the guarantees are the same as the Chinese ones. 1 year warranty and sending to the external seller who knows where it is. So if you buy on Amazon, eBay, AliExpress is all the same… I don't see any advantages… Just look at the questions that are asked on Amazon and the answers that these external sellers make. Poor quality, 1 year warranty, escaping the delicate ones and many times they put 64gb in the title and they sell you a 32gb one and if you complain or ask, they answer that yes, they were selling you a 32gb one. Everything is the same ... You have to be lucky, period.
But that is why it counts in the article, it is sold by an external seller, but also managed by him. In Amazon it is advisable to buy only the products managed by them. If the seller is external, but managed by Amazon, the guarantee is exactly the same. And trust me, it's a very good guarantee. I have not had any problems yet. The products that I have returned, they have been taken from me without any problem and the next day I had the money deposited again. Flawless in that sense.
