We love to receive updates, especially if it is to improve those little details that annoy so much in the applications. In this case, it is Dropbox that has launched a new version of its application on Google Play, thus reaching the version 2.3.12.10. What bugs does this new update fix? We'll tell you then.

After the release of Android 4.4.2 KitKat on different devices under the operating system, Dropbox users began to notice errors when uploading their photos to the platform. And it is that after the update of the system, Dropbox stopped automatically uploading photos taken with the terminal's camera. This new update solves this error in uploading photos for Android 4.4.2 KitKat users.

In addition, another of the novelties of this new update is the possibility of limiting the uploads from the camera. And it is that, until now, all the files that were in that folder were automatically uploaded to Drobpox. Now, users will have the option to specify If they only want the photographs to be uploaded to the cloud, leaving the rest of the files that we may have in that folder on the device.

The rise of cloud storage

This new Dropbox update continues to improve the offer of applications and services available to store photos, videos and other files in the cloud, in order to always have them available from anywhere. Currently Google Play has, in addition to Dropbox, other applications that continue to improve integration with Android. In this way we find Google Drive, a service recently launched by those in Mountain View, Box o SkyDrive, the Microsoft cloud.

They should increase the capacity that they offer for free. I find it ridiculous compared to other services
