Make your Android look like iOS 7, but for real

iOS 7 it was unveiled earlier this week at WWDC, Apple's biggest event since Steve Jobs' death. Many are those who say that they have achieved that their Android smartphone has the interface of iOS 7. However, the result was really bad. Let's see how to make our Android appear to have iOS 7 for real.

We need three things. On the one hand, the application that we will install as a launcher, in order to change the icons so that they remain correctly configured. On the other hand, we need the corresponding icons of iOS 7. It is not difficult to find them, although you can also get them in this post. And finally, we will also need the appropriate wallpaper so that it looks like iOS 7. Finally, there is an optional application that will allow us to give the Parallax effect to the wallpaper. With everything ready, let's start with the step by step.

First of all, it is necessary to download and install the application that we will use as a launcher. On the Internet there are different ways to make the smartphone look like iOS 7. However, the closest I have found is achieved with Nova Launcher. Thus, we install this application on our Android smartphone. At the end of the post you find the link to the launcher itself.

Once the launcher is installed, it is time to download the icons. At the end of the post you can also find the link to download the .zip file with all the icons. You can download it to a computer and extract them all, or you can use a file decompressor for Android to download it directly to your Android and unzip the icons there. With the icons already on the smartphone, it's time for the wallpaper. It is not difficult to find. But you can also find it at the end of the article. Download it and store it in the smartphone memory to continue with the process.

Everything is ready. Now it only remains to start with the installation and all the adjustments to achieve that the resemblance is totally exact. First of all, we start Nova Launcher and configure it as a launcher. How to do it? Pressing the Home button on our smartphone, at which point we will be told which application we want to use as a launcher. We just have to select Nova Launcher, and continue. We can make this the default option forever, or we can select to use Nova Launcher only this time. The latter is the most recommended, as we may have to make more changes to achieve the desired result. Now it only remains to place the applications that we want on the screen.

With the applications on the screen, we go on to configure the Nova Launcher itself. To do this, we press and hold on any free section of the launcher, thus executing an options menu, in which we will have to select the wrench that appears in the upper right corner, thus going to the configuration. Once here, we select Desktop and the first thing to do is deactivate the permanent search bar. Next we select Desktop screens to adjust it to the number of applications that we want to have on the main screens. Now we return to the launcher Settings to select Dock. Here in Dock Icons we select four. Next, we set the Dock Altera to Large. Finally, in the launcher options we select Appearance. The main thing is the size of the icons, which we must configure large. This option is limited to those who have paid for Nova Launcher Prime. But if you haven't, you can still stick to the normal size.

All the configuration is ready. Now, it remains to go to the screen with all the icons, select one by holding down on it, and then click on Edit. Here we can change the icons, and select the one corresponding to it. And all without forgetting to change the wallpaper to iOS 7.
