Multiwindow, would it be integrated into Android L?

I still remember when it was said that what was called Multitasking was going to reach Apple smartphones and tablets, and that it allowed to run several applications at the same time. Well, true multitasking, called Multi window, it could be already integrated into Android L, thus being able to run two applications at the same time, and showing each one in one half of the screen. However, it is only a possibility.

The Multiwindow feature will already be known to users of some Samsung and LG smartphones and tablets, as well as to some users who have the Xposed Framework on their smartphones and tablets. Basically it allows you to run two applications at the same time, showing each one of them in one half of the screen, thus being able to use both applications at the same time. However, it is a feature that most Android smartphones and tablets do not have. Or maybe yes? A developer has realized that even Jelly Bean already came with a series of APIs that allowed the use of a function similar to Multi window.

Of course, it indicates that these APIs have hardly any documentation, and that they can only be used by applications signed by Google, which is currently not very useful. However, this could indicate that Google was already working on the Multiwindow function, and that it could be integrated into a new version of the operating system in the future. Will it be one of the novelties of Android L? It is possible that yes, and that would be one of the great novelties that would be most appreciated in the new version of the operating system, since the truth is that the Multiwindow function is really useful, and except in the case of having a Samsung or an LG , it is not easy to get this feature installed on an Android smartphone or tablet, even if it is rooted.

This reminds me that Google and Samsung agreed for 10 years to use patents crossed by both companies. From there in my opinion that Google is launched with a phablet with Samsung features. And to see what other surprises lie ahead.
