New version of GO Launcher EX launcher

In the world of mobile customizations, launchers are the ones that offer the most for less. Without having to be an expert or fiddling with the device, we can have a new mobile, at least in appearance, whenever we want. One of the most popular launchers (and one of the three that I have installed) is the GO Launcher EX which, in my opinion, is much better than the launcher that has Ice Cream Sandwich by default. They have just released a new version.

When I say that, with GO Launcher EX, it is like having a new mobile, I mean it. You will need a while playing with the launcher to discover everything it offers you. The first thing that catches your eye is the elegance of its home screen, with the default app icons outlined only by a white stroke.

Another of the pleasant sensations that it produces is the transition between screens, which we can configure with various possibilities. Pressing with two fingers on one of them, we will see how they all appear in a mosaic offering us an overview of the mobile.

Another feature that I still do not understand as it does not have Ice Cream Sandwich by default is the action on icons. While in Android 4.0.x, if we hold down an app icon it only gives us the option to delete it, GO Launcher EX gives us a whole range. We can change the icon of the app for one designed by us, rename it, uninstall the application from there directly and, of course, remove the icon from the screen. It is just an example, but it is the best to show the philosophy of this pitcher. Not only does it offer a new look to our mobile, it makes things even more comfortable.

In the new version, we have a redesign of the graphical interface, 3.0, with new themes. It also gives alternatives when it comes to hiding the labels of the different applications and an option to hide the indicator on the home screen. They have also improved the area of use and fixed some small bugs. I recommend that you try it, you are going to spend an entertaining Sunday. And you can always go back to the official version of Ice Cream with just one click.

You can download it from Google Play

I cannot give you a correct answer. My Nexus S already has battery problems on its own and I can't tell you how much the GO increases the cost. Let's see if some other reader clarifies it better for us.
