All the almost definitive features of LG's Nexus 5 (2015)

New information comes from LG's Nexus 5 (2015), one of the most interesting mobiles to be launched this year if we take its quality / price ratio as a reference. And, this new information confirms almost all the technical characteristics of the smartphone. In addition, they almost confirm a price between 300 and 400 euros.

LG is making a Nexus again, after having previously manufactured the Nexus 4 and Nexus 5, in this case in its 2013 version. In both cases, the smartphones closely resembled the flagship that the company launched in each of the corresponding years of release. And it seems that this year the Nexus 5 (2015) will also resemble the LG G4, although it will be even more basic, something logical if we take into account that the price will be lower. Thus, it will have the same Qualcomm Snapdragon 808 six-core processor and 3 GB RAM. As for the internal memory, it will come in two versions, one with 16 GB and another with 32 GB of memory, although we do not know if it can be expanded by means of a microSD card.

In addition to this, it will have a 5,2-inch screen with a Full HD resolution of 1.920 x 1.080 pixels. Again, it is logical that it is not a Quad HD screen if the goal is for it to be a rather inexpensive smartphone, while contributing to greater autonomy. To this should be added a 12,3 megapixel main camera, and a 5 megapixel front camera.

Finally, it should be noted some additional details of the new Nexus 5 (2015). For example, we know that it will have a 2.700 mAh battery. I do not reach the 3.000 mAh that the batteries of many high-end and even medium-high-end smartphones on the market have. However, that is not particularly relevant. The previous Nexus 5, with a similar screen, had a 2.300 mAh battery. And the Samsung Galaxy S6 has a 2.550 mAh battery. But in addition, it seems that it will have a USB Type-C connector, although it is not clear if it will already be new USB 3.0 technology, or if it will be a USB 2.0 but with the USB Type-C connector.

Its price has not been confirmed, but we can already say that it will probably cost less than 400 euros. It will arrive in three colors: white, black and blue, and its launch will be at the end of next September.
