Orange Yumo arrives, a 4G terminal manufactured by Huawei

The arrival to the Spanish market of orange yumo, a terminal manufactured by the Chinese company Huawei and one of its great attractions is being compatible with 4G networks, so its connection speed is up to 10 times faster. It will hit stores on October 28.

The collaboration between the two companies comes to respond to users who are looking for a solvent terminal, without being high-end, but that responds when it comes to accessing online services with the speed that the new LTE networks allow. An example of the capacity offered by this new Orange Yumo is that its processor is dual core that works at a frequency of 1,2 GHz and that the RAM is 1 GB. In addition, its screen is 5 inches with an HDLCD panel with IPS technology that offers a resolution of 1.280 x 720 (HD).

Regarding the dimensions and weight, this model offers the following: 139,5 x 71,5 x 9,3 millimeters, which is not bad at all but it is certainly not the best on the market, and in terms of weight, it reaches 150 grams (which is not bad).

Other interesting details to know about Orange Yumo are the following:

  • 8 megapixel rear camera -with LED flash- and 1 Mpx front
  • Battery 2.400 mAh
  • 8GB storage, expandable via microSD card up to 32GB

Availability and prices

As we have indicated in the Orange stores, the Orange Yumo will be available on October 28, but in the online it is possible to get it from today. The prices at which this terminal can be obtained are the following: payment in installments of € 7 per month (VAT must be added) for 24 installments. The initial payments are 59 euros in the case of contracting a Squirrel rate and free of charge with 4G offers. In the case of wanting to directly compare the phone, its price is 262,28 €.

In addition, Orange Yumo is expected to achieve the same success that was achieved at the time with the Daytona model of this operator and also manufactured by Huawei.
