Painnt, another app with artistic filters for photos in the style of Prisma

Pain

Rivals begin to arrive at Prisma. It must be said that artistic effects in photographs are not really new, but after the rise of Instagram and different filter apps, it seems that artistic filters have gained relevance again, and another app that we must take into account is Pain.

Pain

Art filters are all the rage, and that's why apps like Prisma, which first came to iOS and then Android, are being so successful. But it is also true that they are coming «rivals»That can compete with Prisma perfectly. And we say it in quotes because in reality they are not rivals, but simply other types of similar applications that offer us more options. In the case of Pain we find an app that has a series of free filters that we can use, having a considerable amount. And then it also has a whole series of payment filters for which you will have to be subscribed to said service.

Pain

All filters are classified into different categories, such as Classic, Modern, Sketch, Mosaic, Psychedelic, Material and Nature. Within each of the categories we will find the free ones, and also some with the logo of Premium.

When we choose these, whatever they are, we can see a preview of the image we have selected, as well as make different adjustments to the image, such as brightness, contrast, saturation, tone, sharpness, noise reduction ...

For now, in Beta

Pain is at the moment one beta application which has not been officially released yet, but is already available on Google Play. This means that although we can use it on mobile phones, it is possible that we encounter errors and failures in the app when using it, so it should not be strange that at some point there is an unexpected shutdown, or some function does not work in the right way. Be that as it may, we can even send our recommendations for the application or give suggestions for troubleshooting.
