Should Google launch a Microsoft Display Dock?

Microsoft presented its new Surface on Tuesday, but in addition, it also presented a Microsoft Display Dock, an accessory that, connected to our smartphone, a monitor and a keyboard and mouse, is capable of creating a complete desktop computer. Should Google launch something similar for Android?

Microsoft already affirmed that the objective with Windows 10 was to unify all the versions in a single, or almost unique, with which to be able to count on the smartphone with the same as on the computer. He presented the new Microsoft Display Dock, thanks to which we can make our smartphone almost become a computer. Connected to a monitor, a keyboard and a mouse, we can work with it as with any other computer, with a full screen interface. In reality, we must think that our mobiles are already of a high level, and in some cases it is possible that users have smartphones that are better than their own computers. So why not use them as computers when we need them? We may not be able to run Photoshop, but we can work with word processors, or even browse the Internet as if it were a computer.

If Google launched a Microsoft Display Dock, we could even do without a laptop. When we need a large screen, we will only have to connect our smartphone to any HDMI screen and already have almost a complete computer.

In reality, Chromecast could have been quite similar, and who knows if Google will aim to make it become this. Microsoft Display Dock has HDMI, DisplayPort, and USB connectors. The big problem is that Google has just introduced the latest Chromecasts, so it will likely not present a rival for the Microsoft Display Dock until next year. At least until Google I / O 2016. Of course, it would also be great if Microsoft decided to adapt its device to Android. It seems impossible, but Microsoft has already launched products and apps aimed at other operating systems on occasion.
