You just have to click Ok to download it and in a few minutes the tablet will be reborn with Ice Cream Sandwich. The version of the operating system that is installed is the Android 4.0.3. There's a more recent one, from a few days ago, but it only fixed a few minor connectivity issues.
Combining the improvements of Ice Cream Sandwich with those added by Sony mobile, we can highlight the following: advanced unlock screen, with shortcuts to notifications or the camera and a new panoramic view mode. But there are not only multimedia improvements. Sony has added its so-called Small Apps to take advantage of multitasking that natively offers Ice Cream Sandwich. Some of these small applications are the calculator, the browser and the remote control. In terms of navigation, it is now very easy to switch from the mobile version to the desktop version of any web page or view them when there is no connection.
