The development of Bethesda very successfully fuses resource management with the challenge of gradually improving a shelter in which different survivors of a nuclear catastrophe are hiding. Well, this development already receives its biggest update.
In this way, if you are one of those who are still playing and moving forward to have as many badges as possible, which is the currency used in Fallout Shelter, you should not think that there are no more challenges in development. Its creators have added interesting options for players to stay "hooked" longer. An example is the arrival of Pets to the wilderness.
Now it is possible from now on to have a dog to keep company with the inhabitants of the shelter you manage. Obviously, these consume resources, so you do not have to spend the amount you have, but they provide clear benefits and that at higher levels it is complex to advance in them: faster production and, what is more important, the happiness of the inhabitants also increases.
Other improvements in Fallout Shelter
An important arrival that was highly demanded by the players was the possibility of abandon one of the inhabitants of the refuge. This may seem somewhat cruel, but it makes sense in a resource management game since sometimes the options available in production do not allow to keep some and, until now, it was not possible to send out the character that is least convenient. It is sad, but it is a step forward.
Additionally, the lines of conversation with the inhabitants are improved when interacting, so that a certain “encouragement” is given to Fallout Shelter since with the passage of time it turns out to be very static and linear in this aspect. In addition, a button arrives in the game store, which at least in my case is quite a respite: I mean the one called Sell All, which avoids spending a lot of time discarding unnecessary weapons one after one, for example.
