The metallic Galaxy Note 3 with a flexible screen would arrive in October

We said that four versions of the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 would arrive and it seems that it will be fulfilled. Two are already on the market, the Galaxy Note 3 with a Snapdragon processor and the one with SoC Exynos. The budget version with LCD screen seems to be on the way. And the last one would be a Samsung Galaxy Note 3 metallic with a flexible screen. Its launch would occur in November.

We've talked a lot about the flexible displays I'd be working on. They were already being discussed at the launch of the Galaxy S3, as well as the subsequent Galaxy Note 2, the Galaxy S4, and finally the Galaxy Note 3. However, in no case have we seen the commercial launch of a smartphone from the company Korean with a flexible screen, but we could be about to see it. What the leaks indicate is that Samsung would launch a special version of the Samsung Galaxy Note 3, a limited version that would have some really important new features, such as the flexible OLED screen that we have talked about for so many months. But it would not be the only novelty, and it is that it would also be made with a metal casing instead of the classic plastic casing.

It would be a limited edition

And it won't be a version that everyone can buy. We do not say it because of the price, which is currently something totally unknown, but because it would be a limited edition. The reason it's a limited edition has a lot to do with Samsung's ability to make flexible OLED displays. The production of them still cannot be carried out on a massive scale, so it has been ruled out to sell it freely, since a huge sale of this terminal would make Samsung not able to manufacture enough units. A limited edition allows them to measure how such a smartphone would receive the market without it becoming uncontrolled. Depending on the reaction of the market, they may consider moving to the mass manufacture of flexible OLED screens, making the relevant investment, and hoping to recover it over time.

The presentation of the new Samsung Galaxy Note 3 would take place in October, hitting the market the following month, in November.
