We have been talking to you for several months about different rumors about one of the most anticipated devices of this year, the next Google mobile device. Until now we knew him as Nexus 6, but everything indicates that his name will not have a number, but a letter, and would be launching at the end of October or beginning of November "by surprise", that is, without being announced before.

The first thing we have to indicate is that Nexus X It is not yet the official name of the device, but this is how it is referenced internally in Motorola and how could it be otherwise, it is probably the official name whose model number will be XT1100. Many media we have used the name of Nexus 6 For several reasons: it is the sixth Nexus device that Google would launch throughout its life and it will also have a 5.9-inch screen, practically 6. Although this makes sense, Google seems to have already had problems with the name and the author of the book Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep? by Philip K. Dick in which the androids were Nexus-6 models. So it makes sense that the company wants to avoid the reference at all costs.

Regarding the launch plans and according to Phone Arena, which is the medium that has received the information first-hand, Google is planning a launch "secret" as it happened last year. The Nexus X would be launching in a date close to Halloween, that is, at the end of October or beginning of November without any prior announcement.
