It was unimaginable that Samsung would release a device without Ice Cream Sandwich. All the major manufacturers were launching their flagships with Android 4.0 and Samsung could not be less with the Galaxy S3, especially considering that their intention was to dominate the entire market. This device highlights a special function, the use it makes of the camera and sensors to interact with other parts of our body, and not only with the hands through the screen. For example, the Smart Stay utility is capable of detecting when our eyes are looking at the screen. Therefore, even if we do not touch the device, it will maintain the same level of brightness, something great when we are reading a document or viewing a photo. But it is also useful if, for example, no one is looking at the screen, as you can reduce the brightness to save battery. Obviously, the optimal operation of this system is another story, and it will have to be tested in depth.

On the other hand, we also have Direct Calls, which will be able to call automatically, without us doing anything else. For example, if we receive a message from a contact, and after that we want to call him, it will be enough to take the mobile to the ear. This will detect our face, by the proximity and luminosity sensor and will automatically make the call to the user who has sent us the message.
